Had a great experience today with our Komfort Kings spring service visit! Kurtis arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and detailed. He explained everything clearly, took care of the maintenance, and ensured everything was running smoothly before leaving. I received a coupon from another company for a tune up special on my AC unit. I was told by the other company that I was going to need a brand new system and I was looking at spending around 12,000 dollars to replace the AC. I called Kurtis to get a second opinion. Kurtis saw that the only problem I had was a bolt needed to be tightened and that is why my refrigerant was leaking. His company was courteous and very professional. We will use Komfort King for all our heating and cooling needs in the future. Honesty pays!!!

I have worked with Kurtis for years and he is a great HVAC technician. He is responsive, knowledgeable and communicates with you regarding any issues that may arise. My unit is still under warranty and he followed up for days to get the information to accurately service my unit. I highly recommend him and Komfort Kings!!

Product or service reviewed: Replace old a/c unit with a 20seer American Standard
Our current a/c system was riddled with problems and only had a 5 year warranty. It was better to invest into a new system and get a 10 year warranty. The whole team came out and spent the day tearing out the old junk and putting up the new stuff with better equipment and doing it the right way the first time. Highly recommend!!
